Nom Nom Calories
These terms are the agreement between you and Nom Nom Calories. Using the App means you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We may change these terms as the App changes. We will post the updated terms here, and continuing to use the App after that means you accept the new terms.
You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. You must be 16 or older to use the App.
Keep your account yours: do not share your sign-in, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings, under Delete account.
You own what you post. By posting you give us permission to store your content and show it to the people you chose to share it with, so the App can do its job.
Deleting a post, a comment or your account removes that content as described in our privacy policy.
Do not use the App for any of this:
You can report a post, a comment or a person from inside the App, and you can block anyone. Blocking stops them seeing your posts, commenting on them or sending you friend requests.
We review reports. Where content or an account breaks these rules we can remove the content, restrict features, suspend the account or close it, and we are not obliged to warn you first.
Calorie, macro and activity estimates in the App are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check them before you save.
They are informational only. They are not medical or nutrition advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health.
You can optionally supply your own Groq API key. It is stored on your device and sent only to authorize your own AI calls. Use of that key, and any cost it carries, is your responsibility and is also subject to Groq's own terms.
Pro is billed through Google Play. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play, not in the App. Prices can change, and we will give notice before a change applies to you.
The App is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We can change or discontinue features.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings; there is a standalone page describing that process: how to delete your account. We can suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
